Pietro - Built a buggy SaaS product with an LTD offer. The customer support was the worst I've ever experienced. Now, they're building a new SaaS product without fixing the existing LTD SaaS product. They raised money for the Feedbear LTD offer on AppSumo and are now using that money for a new SaaS. Who cares? Sent 3 times customer support email to report the bug. No response.
