Yet again. Recently had the worst experience with this company and I avoid using them when possible. I recently had to order a nutritional supplement for a chronically ill family member. The company said they ship out with FedEx. Therefore, I gave a different shipping address, simple and easy to find, at another family members home. My aunt was sitting looking at the delivery person when they took the box to a neighbor’s home. Thank God for good neighbors because FedEx would have said the package was delivered and I would have had to go through a horrible experience again while my family member suffer for lack of her supplement. I do not recommend using FedEx for any deliveries if you want to get your package. Horrible business practices and they show no regard for the customer.

Ok, I ordered a mattress with the smart base from Sam's club online on April 16th. According to FedEx a label was printed on April 17th which made the delivery date to be April 28th. Now Sam's club did not contact me about it being shipped off, I had to call and get the shipping track number. On the FedEx tracking website, it showed that it will be delivered on April 28th. I wait all day on the 28th and no bed. Now I throw out my old bed the day before on the assumption that I would receive my new bed on the 28th. I am a 45 yr old nurse that has had to deal with what is going on and on my feet all day then I come home to a shower and to relax in my bed. Now I have no bed and I have to sleep on the floor. And I am in a lot of pain and sleeping on the floor. I called FedEx and it shows that there are 2 shipments coming, one that was suppose to come on the 28th and the second on May 4th. Now it's should the one for the 28th pending delivery and the second for the 4th. So I have no bed until Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I have been sleeping on the floor now for 2 nights, in pain. Also the second shipment is showing that it wasn't shipped until the 28th, @#$%!!!!! I don't know what was shipped first the mattress or the base when I ordered them at the same time and they are coming from the same company. Help me to understand this @#$%. I'm on the front lines and I have to sleep on the floor!!!!!

I ordered an item online and tracking indicated that it was to be delivered by the end of the say on Saturday, then tracking changed to say by end of day on Sunday, then tracking said attempted delivery and now is coming by end of day on Tuesday (even though recording says next business day - I guess Monday is not a business day for them). After sitting on hold for nearly 45 minutes I finally spoke to a very sweet girl who said the package was still in their distribution center an hour away from me. Evidently it was never on the truck on Saturday or Sunday. This is not the first time I have had a similar issue with items I have ordered online, only to find out after I receive an order confirmation that the shipper is FedEx. At Christmas they left 3 large boxes on the porch of a house 2 streets away from us with the same house number and we had to go over and pick up our own boxes. There is something seriously wrong with how they track packages - thank goodness this shipment is not something time sensitive.

Worst delivery service hands down. I am a Security Officer for a large manufacturing facility. The FedEx drivers allways come in with attitudes and refuse to follow our security procedures. Now FedEx allso refuses to follow the Covid-19 procedures we have in place.

The absolute worst. They keep delivering our packages to the wrong places or not at all because we don't get them, even if the tracking status says delivered. The wait times on the phone are so long and multiple calls have been dropped right when we get through to someone. We are so nice on the phone because we know it's not the person on the line's fault, but it's frustrating. They told us their policy when this happens is to get in touch with the driver and have them go back to the house they delivered to to double check that it's correct. I called Wednesday and they told me they would contact the driver and get back to me by Friday. By Monday of the following week I called them because I didn't hear from them. They said the driver isn't responding so now I need to file my claim to get my $185 back that my package was and wait 5-7 business days for them to refund. The Fedex agent sent me the form over email. I filled it out and sent it in. In the meantime I have to go reorder my package to get what I need. I went to file the claim and now when I called to confirm I did it correctly, the Fedex agent said that the claim got denied because I'm not allowed to fill it out, the shipper has to. So I have to go call the company I bought the product from and get them to fill it out. I am so frustrated! This is so stupid. No one at Fedex can get on the same page with what we are supposed to do to fix this so it's really just a wild goose chase. They messed up, so we shouldn't have to be jumping through hoops ourselves to fix this. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I rarely write reviews, but have nothing else to do while I'm hold for the zillionth time waiting for them to talk to me.

Just one question FedEx. How many packages do you lose in transit? I have had 2 lost in as many weeks. It has gotten to the point that when I see a company is using FedEx for shipping, I immediately cancel the order. I am not going to get it anyway, you will lose it.

Parcel collected, but returned the next day by a passer by who'd found it in the street !.... However Fedex's website shows "in transit". Case assigned to Michael Griffiths, you said this "unacceptable" then claimed parcel was delivered and closed the case. Had to again a week later call to reopen a new case. Unacceptable? Unbelievable more like.

An hour, now, on hold waiting to find out why the FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong address. UPS and Amazon delivery drivers have completely out paced FedEx for delivery accuracy this past 10 years. FedEx was once a great company. They were efficient and prompt. They have been hiring adult-children to drive and deliver their Ground deliverie. Our hour is clearly and hugely marked with a "B". The delivery address on our label says "LEFT CONDO FACING HOUSE" and they still deliver to the wrong unit! I am so frustrated with them. I will be calling the shipper to tell them to use someone else. I want FedEx to lose business if I have to lose my package and flush my hard earned money down the toilet. I will never get my $32.00 back even though I have a video which shows the moron driver delivering my box to another house. The time stamp on my camera matches the Tracking Notice on Amazon. Now, they are bottom of the barrel, lost packages, missed-deliveries, and hours on the phone trying to right their wrong. They flat-out do not care anymore. Why did they go in the toilet? I really do not know.
