Fedex has misdelivered Home Chef packages to an address down the street over 3 times even after complaining. It's a mistake done by one driver who apparently can't read or interpret GPS. My husband who is 73 has to go to the location, walk up stairs, and retrieve the 10+ pound package. I have spoken with Home Chef. It is not their problem because they have typed my correct address on every package.

We had issues for months with the driver just leaving packages over the fence, even ones requiring signatures. Called a couple of times to let them know. But when over $5000.00 in electronics were supposedly delivered but not found requiring a signature. I immediately called in and filed a complaint and claim. Two days later a tablet that also requiring a signature was just left in yard. The result of the claim was denied because package had been signed for. Problem is, it wasn't my name or signature. Used first half of my first name and first half of first name and second half of last name and wrote out each letter legibly. Appeal on claim and now it's shippers responsibility to file. Auto denial again. Three. Months later we are still waiting on claim investigation. Results of complaint and local investigation. No answer So if it was delivered the signature was forged or it wasn't delivered.

Thank you Delivery Driver in Phoenix JESSICA for not taking 2 more steps to put my package containing a prescription to put it in the shade or on my doorstep. When its 115 degrees out and the package says its a prescription and you can hear the pills rattling inside, the poor judgment of placing it in the sun is not appreciated.

They are the worst of the worst. Everytime I have had to have a package delivered they say they couldn’t do it. Amazon doesn’t have a problem delivering to me. They ought to be investigated.

We had fairly good experience with Fedex in past but now we are getting lot of problems with shipments to USA,even lost parcels.FEDEX USA is cheating US customers and charge lot of extra money on tariffs.For example order of only $95 value they charge $68 on fees.50% insted of 13% or max 15%.They even add extra broker fees,what are supposed to be included in shipping.Bad company cheating customers !

I came in with my own stack of papers needing a few tabs and a coil binding. I had come in a few days earlier but there was an internet outage. He was compassionate on that day about not being able to provide service and when I returned a few days later, I was surprised I did not have to spell out what I needed and repeat myself several times. In fact he did things intuitively and according to my notes without discussion. I was extremely impressed. I thought he was reading my mind but he saw my notes and figured out where to put the tabs. It was crazy how uncomplicated he made it for me.

I am very disappointed after my delivery was delayed for so many days. But I'm giving three stars because the person who delivered it was so incredibly nice.
