Philip Mazzei has been an extremely patient problem solver for our organization on the journey of interacting with SAM.Gov, SBA and the many other xxx.Gov organizations. The reason this rating is not higher is as follows: 1) Training process needs to slow down for non-xxx.Gov participants. 2) Business processes need to be more transparent to allow small business to be more autonomous to manage their own documents. Case in point modifications to the Capabilities Statement was not collaborative.
