I was skeptical of signing with a tax company because many companies promise quick service and support and often times it is more marketing than actual performance. I always feel FD helps me with all of my customer issues and believe the pricing is fair and reasonable, The people have always been friendly, supportive, and always on top of their game. My staff know they can ask questions and always feel they get what they need to support the customer. In retrospect i kick myself for not having done this sooner but i am glad i did sign up and look forward to growing the business.
