My name is Megan Burks!!! First of all I just want to say this company is ASS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I agreed to do the 4 payment install plan (ShopPay) or (affirm.com) is what the payments are suppose to be made through. I wanted to cancel this order AFTER reading all these horrible reviews (that was my mistake because I am SO BIG on reviews). I did not want the shoes anymore because I ended up purchasing the shoes from NORDSTROMS which is a more credible company. I emailed the support team for feature.com because they have no actual customer service number ( what are the odds of that) smh. After two days the support team responds and says the Order has processed. How? I have no shipping information and the first install payment is on Sept. 13th today is Sept. 1st I notified them the SAME DAY to cancel the order. And feature.com has stated it is in the terms and condition and they are ‘not authorized’ to cancel the order. Sooooo I am stuck in a shoe contract lol ?! This was my first and last time ordering from this boo boo company they are money hungry and I hope this company goes all the way to the ground!!!!

DONT BUY IN THIS STORE. They dont ship you your products, is a scam store/app. I have send more than 6 tickets for asking my tracking information.

Short term interest scam. Ordered products 1 month ago with only cut and paste responses. Incredible waste of money.

I placed an order a month ago and have not received any kind of update. They don’t offer refunds but have never shipped my items. I will never order from feature again. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Unfortunately, my first experience was horrible and I want to let others know to not chance it. You WON'T get your $ back, I even asked to just exchange it. I ordered a red Nike hoodie and it was on sale cheap for $38. They send me the wrong size and say it's final sale. Was NOT posted final sale but that doesn't matter because THEY sent ME the wrong size. Horrible customer service. Oh & the sweatshirt was stained. Looks like it was probably in a dirty warehouse a few years. Companies are trying to get rid of dirty, unwanted stock, so watch out because FEATURE.COM is one of 'em!!!

Place an order on July 30th and still haven't receive the order or a least shipping confirmation. Received more promotional emails for me to buy more stuff from them instead of an email explaining to me why my order hasn't been shipped. Worse online shopping experience ever. Still waiting on the merchandise that was suppose to be gifted to my son for is birthday on August 13th. Had to spend twice because of there no refund policy.

I am NOT Andrea Connel !! Even after several requests I am still receiving harassing emails from this company about lack of payment. I have never done any business with them and have never received any products from them. Somehow they have glommed onto my email account and refuse to cease and desist from sending me emails. Go after the person who lives where the products were delivered and the state he lives in. I refuse to provide you with any of my personal information to make this stop and will be reporting it to my state attorneys general.

I placed an order and asked them to cancel not even 5 minutes after it was placed and they purposely waited till they shipped to even respond and said “The order has been processed and shipped already”. I have email proof that I asked them not to ship now they want me to pay return shipping and I can’t even get a refund just a store credit! I’ll never buy from this site again
