Have been in dispute with this company for months now trying to get my money back. I ordered 4 items by mistake without knowing it was a US store (my fault), Under no circumstances will they allow you cancel orders or return your items. 2 items turned up after 2 weeks, the 3rd turned up a month later (packaging was ripped open and item screwed up inside), the 4th item took 6 weeks to get here and all I have had is a $20 refund on shipping. THEY CHARGED $160 FOR SHIPPING AND I COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! Oh and not to mention they took a duplicate payment of $80 which they are challenging! I have 3 ongoing cases with my bank to try and resolve these issues. You really wouldn't have a business like this in the UK! Customer service is a joke, the same scripted replies. Once they found out I have claims open with them, they wont help me at all! Its laughable! Everyone please avoid!

If I could give a nagative 5 stars they would... The seller refuses to answer any emails or communication. I contacted them merely minutes after I placed the orders and the order confirmation in my email. I asked to have the shoes order cancelled because they were misleading and not forthcoming. They completely ignored my many requests to cancel the orders. The only response I got was an email telling me the shoes are being shipped... without a doubt the biggest rip off and scam company putting in misleading or no disclosing all the information until asfter they send you the shipping confirmation. Now the packages will be here on Monday by the USPS Priority mail on 10/17 and I have full intention of refusing to accept the packages and having them returned to Feature. This company is dishonest knowing full well they are selling shoes under a misleading description.. and they continue to do so. I will not be bullied by this company. I have been as cordial and courteous as possible but I now realize they are not a legitimate company by their actions of refusing to communicate, reply to emails and lying right to your face and not taking responsibility for their error whether intentional or not. They even refuse to reply to emails from PayPal when asked to provide any information for further clarity and for any requests for that matter. Either way they will have the package refused and returned to them. I will not be bullied or intimidated by this company Feature. Not quite sure what they think would happen, that if they ignore me, I will go away and accept a product that is not even what is being advertised.

I bought a pair of shoes they never sent to me ,they don't have a contact number just an email and they never respond, I canceled the order and I still say waiting for the refund after 3 weeks I open a dispute with the bank

This company is full of it! It has been a month!9/3 is when I placed my order STILL NOTHING, they want to blame the Labor Day sale but that’s a lame excuse I have emailed them numerous of times, no type of updates they basically have a generic answer for any question…

Never replied to my email about an order.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, YET! It's been one month but they do not ship my order. I placed two sets of orders on last August 25, 2022. Until now I haven't receive any shipping confirmation yet. I ask them multiple times through email and they reply the same answer over and over again. They say it's because of their last sale. Oh come on! 30 days is very long to ship an order. What the hell is going on with this company. I know they are legit but they must not taking orders if they did not meet the standard shipping time.

worst customer service, don't buy from them they kept my return without any credit, and will not respond to any of my email, live chats or voice mails.. Don't buy from them. This is my first review I ever made this should say something.

I usually don’t write reviews, however in this case I would like to share my experience with this company. I placed an order on Sep.4th when they were having a sale. TODAY is Sep.16 and after 5 follow up email messages asking for an update I receive a single note stating that I will receive an email when the order ships. I get it we are all very busy, but to just take a persons money and not send the item is not cool. Do not buy from them and if u do, good luck getting your items
