3 weeks so far with no shipment or response to my email asking for an ETA. I’ve worked in customer service and communication is literally the bare minimum. Their management must be awful if they’re letting emails go unanswered. Really can’t recommend. Update: it’s been over a month and still haven’t heard from them. I reached out to them on their Instagram post that mentioned shipping delays and they deleted mine and other customers’ comments about our missing orders. I also reached out to them via PayPal and will be opening a claim next week if they don’t respond.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. To provide context and back story regarding my dispute, my purchase originally took place on 11-13-22, giving the vendor ample amount of time to provide the product and or provide an actually update to status of the order. However, please note, neither was provided after numerous attempts to obtain information. I attempted to inquire about the order on the 19th, their generic response was provided on the 21st without providing any update 8 days after original purchase date, as well as another attempt made on 1st of December to gain insight. I have yet to garner any response, tracking information, and or shipping context in which tomorrow will effectively mark 3 full weeks without any correspondence. Please note, this is a domestic clothing company, which mainly operates and functions out of the west coast. Thus the package does not need to go through customs, international shipping, etc. Additionally, only until after these issues began to transpire I began to complete further research about how this company conduct its business and upon further investigation it has been documented on the Better Business Bureau that this company has received a F rating with 25 incidents/reviews within the past year of other individuals encountering similar scenarios. It seems this company/website has been conducting unethical business practices.

Awful customer service E-COMMERCE Placed an order 10 days ago and still hasn’t shipped. Sent multiple emails and no response. No update to social advise customers on delay or anything. I was a new customer to them the last few months on their fear of god clothing and no longer will be purchasing from them. I’ll stick to PacSun.

They do not give refunds, only store credit. And if you purchase online, you will have to bother them to get the store credit coupon code. Customer service is very poor. Not helpful and takes days to get back to you.

Communication is very bad, and trying to reach someone for support about and order is very very poor

When I bought a pair of shoes from feature I paid an additional $20 for 2 day delivery. I did not get the shoes until 6 days after my order was placed. When I emailed them asking for a refund on shipping because they did not provide the service promised they told me they couldn’t give it to me for a reason that made no sense

I ordered a pair of shoes. after over a week still didn't receive them. i contacted customer care and they said they were delivered days before and that I have to contact UPS. there were not any prove of delivery. so they told me to file a compliant against ups. after one more week i received the shoes. the size was wrong, they told me they didn't have any other size available. I asked instructions for a refund, they never answered. so i searched the same shoes on the web cause my wife really wanted them. all of the prices were nearly half of feature prices. I have been writing them 2 email everyday for days. finally today they answered me that there is not return policy for my shoes. I sent screenshots of their return policy on their website, asked to speak to a supervisor, but they stopped again to answer me. terrible experience. stay far from these scammers. they just resale double price things from the internet.
