I placed my order one day and the next day I received a notification saying that my size was not in stock and that you would be refunding my money. I called and inquired about the order and was told that my size wasn’t available and that you were refunding my money in about five days. I checked with PayPal and was informed that my order was being shipped. I was glad that it was because I really wanted it. And they arrived as they were supposed to. My complaint is I didn’t like being told one thing and then something different. I don’t like to shop in that manner, you either have the item I ordered in my size and color when I ordered it or you don’t but don’t play with my finances. I’m 70 years old and I don’t conduct business in that manner

Shipping kinda sucks... great products as far as sneakers n clothing pretty exclusive but shipping is horrible think yall r being cheap with the whole start with UPS end with USPS slows the shipment down tremendously

Didn't get all of my items,paid overnight shipping. I was reimbursed for the shipping but not the clothing items I paid for.

Didn't realize the raffle (shoe) I was going for.. come to find out its for a female (im salty)...& I won da shoe smh.....

Normally I have a good experience when buying from the site, but my last couple of orders, I been having problems.

Please improve on the staff customer service skills. Be more welcoming and helpful. I been supporting feature since 2012, and the new staff there needs a lot of work and be aware of who they are assisting.

I love Feature but they always give raffle results way too late. I’ve won raffles about 3 times for them and thought I didn’t win. So after I won on Nike or somewhere else later at about 6pm on the day of the drop I find out that I won. But they raffle ended the day before the release. And you can’t cancel it. Why do they require credit card information for the raffles? This is a lot of money wasted for me.

It takes time to get a hold of customer service and if you do it takes time for them to get back to you. There’s a lack of communication also when ordering items beforehand. Because before I made an order I ask for an specific and contacted customer service before making the purchase. But I ended up receiving the wrong item even after all that.
