Won a pair of shoes via Raffle, when the shoes arrived the mid panel was covered in white spores that resemble/are mold. Reached out via email 3 times, provided pictures. finally got a response after the 3rd email in which I stated I would bring my card company into play if I didn’t get a response. They denied my return and any issue with the material on the shoe, but stated I could ship the shoes back for them to take a closer look. Lol. Terrible business. Never again will I shop with Feature. CC company involved. Hoping to resolve this soon.

Don't hold your breath waiting for the shipment to arrive! Unbeknownst to me, the item shipped from Italy to the US. It has been 6 weeks and the item is still not here. Customer service tells me that the package was returned by the USPS but will actually not be returned to their warehouse (because it is in Italy?). So, they now want me to pay them more money to send another item. I won't wait 6 more weeks for it to (maybe) arrive. Now I am out almost $50 for the item I never received. This has turned out to be NO deal at all. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!

I ordered 3 pair of shoes during their Thanksgiving sale 11/24. Two were shipped immediately. I waited about 3 weeks and reached out via email 12/17. No response. Emailed again 12/22 still nothing. Luckily for me I ordered through Paypal so I opened a case on 12/28 and they still didn’t respond. I escalated on 01/05 2023 and received my refund 01/08.

This is horrible. I purchased a pair of crocs on December 16th 2022 they still haven’t shipped and it is now January 8th 2023. 8 more days and it will be a month. I reported to my credit card company however this “business” needs to be shut down entirely since they clearly don’t know how to run it.

Absolute horrendous customer service. You can only reach via email they will not call you nor do they have a number to call them. Refused to refund even though order was 2 weeks in and still not processed or shipped. Had to file a case with my cc company, they miraculously shipped same day as complaint. I will be returning for full refund as this company appears to be a scam and not even sure if the kicks are legit.

My order still has not shipped

I'm getting an email to review shoes that I've yet to receive. I ordered on 12/23 and still don't have my shoes over 2 weeks later. This is outrageous! I can receive shoes from overseas quicker. I am very disappointed in the service received from FeATuRE. Can you please advise when I will receive my shoes?!?!?

I paid $600 for shoes, i chose 2 day shipping. 5 months ago, My shoes are still not here
