Firstly, I messed up with ordering the wrong size sneakers and I immediately completed an “edit order” ticket before my order shipped to have the size changed. The order shipped anyway before the size was changed, I paid $70 to have them shipped to Australia (the only 2 shipping options are between $60/70). Then I had to have the shoes returned within 14 DAYS of delivery back to the US, and I would only be offered a store credit instead of cash refund. I then find out that the return shipping costs aren’t covered and are deducted from the store credit. These sneakers were worth $250AUD, and to have them returned and get another pair I would’ve paid $210 total JUST in shipping costs. Also if the sneakers didn’t arrive within 14 days back to Feature they wouldn’t give me my store credit. They make it almost impossible to return products. The customer service lies saying they typically respond within a few hours but it takes them around a day and they are not helpful. I’ve never had a worse experience from a store. Will be warning everyone to stay away!

Order placed over two weeks ago. Website promises immediate shipping. Customer service is terrible, sometimes they don’t respond for days. I tried asking them to cancel my order but they told me it’s not possible since it’s already been “processed”. What does that even mean? I’m about to file fraud charges with my credit card company.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Feature. Despite sending multiple emails, I received late responses and no response to my phone calls. When I left a message, there was no return call. While the products I ordered were of good quality, my order did not arrive at the same time, which added to the frustration. Overall, they have poor customer service.

I placed an order Dec 13th for an Xmas gift. I didn’t receive it until January 12th and it was not real. I ordered a essentials sweatshirt and sweatpants sz xxs mens when the pants arrived Jan 12th they looked like toddler pants for a 5yo I’m glad I refused the shirt and I pair with Amex on PayPal I will never order from again. I tell CS I refused the shirt and crazy CS responds saying we’ll send it back WTH lol these people are scattered brains. Never again. Fake clothes and terrible shipping and customer service is a robot no way a human responsed with an answer like that. A joke

I wish I could give zero stars. Just like everyone else here I placed an order in November and still have not received it. No response from customer service and no refund. Feature needs to be shut down immediately. At this point they are just stealing people’s money.

Purchased my items on 11/29, never received items and just got refunded today 1/17. I've contacted feature multiple times regarding my order and no answer. When I finally received an answer the customer service rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's simple communication and respect. If you oversold the item, say that. If you're running behind, say that. But ignoring customers for weeks.. even months is wild. If they communicated that my order was delayed but either offered a refund or to wait for it, that would've been perfectly fine. But ghosting the people that are supporting and feeding you is disrespectful. Do not support this business or shop here. Shut it down.

Purchased a pair of Ugg slides on 12/15. They were delivered on 1/10. When I tried to process a return, I was told the order had surpassed the 14 day return window. Seriously? Won’t make this mistake again. Feature sucks

The 15 day return policy is unfortunate. Most companies offer 30 days, it’s frustrating to have a company turn around and say no to a return that’s initiated in under 30 days time. I will no longer be doing business with this company.
