Horrible experience. I was sent the wrong size shoes and because they were on sale I was told that I can’t exchange or get a refund. Also I paid extra for two day shipping and it took 5 days from the day it was shipped to receive them. I was told I would only receive a partial refund for the shipping cost. Also it took 3 messages and almost a week to get a hold of customer service and when they finally responded, they didn’t even address the issues that I messaged them about.

A sweat shirt and sweat pants were purchased as a gift for my 14 year old sons birthday. We have never purchased anything from this site before. When the package arrived, we realized the sizes were way too big for him. We contacted feature asking for an exchange and they said an exchange was not possible because they did not have the pants in a different size. We asked for a refund, they said that was also not possible. We then requested if we could exchange both pants and sweatshirt for another color in a smaller size (since he wanted a monochrome outfit) and they said that twas not possible, either. This was our first purchase ever from this site and this brand, we had no idea the sizes would not fit, we could not believe how terrible the customer service was for this brand when so many others allow for exchanges/ or refunds within 30 days. our son is so disappointed.

This is honestly so messed up given that that’s the service I paid for and yet, your company can’t issue a refund?? This is beyond ridiculous. I understand you “don’t have control over the third-party” system but the company also does not understand where I’m coming from and the service I literally paid for and it’s just super frustrating that I won’t receive it today! Don’t false advertise on the website for next day shipping if it won’t happen due to the “third-party” system and I am speaking on behalf of future customers. Your company deserves a file of dispute at this point! So you can’t issue a refund and basically just stole the money, this is definitely false advertisement! Your company will get reported!

WARNING !! SCAM !! Order never ships , no refund !! Dumb bot e-mail responded can't even talk right !! Stay away order from legit official NFL web page !!

I have filed a complaint with BBB on this company. They refuse to GIVE ME A REFUND and instead issued me a store voucher. I plan not to buy anything from this place EVER!!!!

This is the email I sent to them… WOW!! What a joke!! I honestly don’t care if it’s a finally sale. We placed the order in PLENTY of time to have it in time for Christmas and that was ON YOU GETTING THEM OUT ONE WHOLE MONTH LATE!! I have never had such horrible customer service is my life! I will be sure to write a review! What a joke!! Not ONE time have you guys even tried to make this right!! My son didn’t get his Christmas present that he was most excited for and so we had to end up buying with another pair!! All I have to say is WOW!!! I’m just so glad that now days people look at reviews!! And I will make sure to put them wherever I can!! What a horrible company!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! 🙄 I ordered shoes the first part of December and they ended up coming January 17!!! I tried to cancel them and they wouldn’t let me and then wouldn’t let me return them!! What a joke!! Go somewhere else to buy shoes!!! It shows so much about a company when they do crap like this!!!

Company took a month more than promised to deliver shoes. They don't fit well. They consistently refused to respond to any emails at all or replied like bots Further, they replied to a google review that they "went ahead and fully refunded my order." This is a bold-faced lie - I inquired about a refund and they ghosted for weeks then replied claiming they never said it. These people are criminals
