this company has a horrible return/exchange policy. customer service is not customer friendly. will never make another purchase and make sure my friends and family dont also.

Been two weeks and still waiting on my package. No shipping info sent but the money was sure taken out

I never received my package even though it is saying it's delivered 11 days after I ordered my package . Please stop sending me alerts Im not going to shop at "feature " anymore.

I ordered a hat and the hat is nice and as described. The hat was suppose to come with a pendant on top which it wasn’t on top it was rolling around in the shipping box. And not I can’t find the piece that connects to the back of the pendant

I paid for the 2 business day shipping in 3 business days all you guys did was create a label. If that was the case I would of paid for the expedited shipping. To make this right you guys should refund my shipping cost.

Decent service, week went by after I spent over $800 and my item has still not arrived

Ordered my shoes over a week ago and they still haven’t shipped…
