still owe me money....i returned a defective product and never recieved my refund....I can prove it with my credit card records...the balance was taken and never returned.

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?! Every event or function that I could have possibly worn my ASSC hoodie has past. I ordered weeks ago and received an email on May 27th stating, “Your order is on its was.” How long does that take? Today is now June 14th and still no package. According to the travel history, it arrived in Forest Park, GA on June 2nd. This is very disappointing.

Purchased a garment that was destroyed after a single wash - majority of the stitching in the waist came undone and this company refused to make it right as I received a faulty item. Customer service was useless and didn’t even respond to my follow up email.

I put in for a raffle draw and I never got notification that I won the raffle. Since I was never notified I assume I did not win the raffle draw, so I purchased the item at Nike. Then after a week later I get notification via UPS that I will be receiving a package from Feature. I take a look at my bank account and they charge me for the item. Never received notification via email in regards to winning the raffle draw and shipping information. If I would have know and received notification that I won, I would of be eres ordered the item from Nike. Now I have 2 pairs of the item.
