Do not buy anything from this company. The quality is poor.what they claim is leather is plastic. They will not issue refunds. They ignore all emails and calls.

Awful customer service. Been waiting for a refund since July, haven’t received for fake ferns that were not as described.

This company is absolutely the worst. Where do I begin. They hit my CC 7 times. Until it went through. I called the company Who said Yes they will Cancel 5 hours later It stated it was Shipped. I call back to a very very rude man. He said You bought You pay and hung up. I then emailed the company Who emailed me back and stated They are separate customer service teams. And stated in an email They are refunding me entirely. This was on Aug 30th. Then Yesterday they hit CC again and refunded me on that NOT ON AUG 28TH transaction. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Not only did they charge me the $9.95 insurance when I clicked No Thanks, but then they charged me $39.99 for "a subscription" a few weeks later that I never ordered, requested, authorized. I called and never got refunded but got two more charges which my bank declined for $39.95 ...one in FL and one in SC. They stole my credit card info, had to get a new one.

They have been continuously trying to steal $39 from me for almost a month now. the scam companies show up on the credit card as venhaair.com and corecapture.co. I emailed them and told them to cut the s**t and Elaine replied that they have no record of trying to charge me a bogus $39 and not to worry because they won't be trying it in the future. That was 2 weeks ago but they're still trying to charge my debit card under those fake company names. Needless to say I had to cancel that debit card and get a new one because of these scumbag thieves.

Worst company their stuff is junk I was so embarrassed my husband opened a hummingbird feeder I bought and waited over 2 -3 weeks Omg such a joke small tiny little cheap plastic and was bent . I don’t know how this is even legal to sell crap 💩 like this . So I Just donated money to this rip off company . Not worth sending back trashed it

Feanatic is not a good company to deal with. They offer returns and a money back guarantee but do not fulfill this promise. I called them and they demanded my credit card number. I said I used PayPal to make payment, and they still insisted they needed my CC number. I refused and they hung up on me....twice. It took over a month of calling and filing claims, but my persistence finally paid off with PayPal. They documented everything and saw for themselves I was being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Yesterday, August 27, 2025 I was shopping for the flash drive memory stick and came across the offer (sale deal) from feanatic, I checked the info on their shipping address (Washington USA), phone and e-mail and decided to proceed with the payment, at the payment confirmation moment I received an Alert message from my bank (thank you, WF!) with a warning of a detected high-risk transaction on my card, I immediately interrupted the payment process and switched to check my bank operations online - there were 3(!) attempts to charge by three different names ( three different states), but feanatic. Here are the names: AUTHCAPTURE (FL), VERSHOP.CO (NV), 8445502339CA (NY. The payment remains pending as of now. I tried to contact the company by phone twice, both times the responses were abrupt and incomplete. Today I wrote them an email (to support). Meanwhile I'm reporting this case and sharing the information in order to prevent the fraud. I should have read the multiple negative reviews beforehand (my bad). Will do now always prior to any online purchase.
