Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 door wreaths. Upon order my credit card company declined an unapproved second charge they tried to run through. Upon review of the amount I was charged for the items ordered, I noticed it was $10 higher than the amount listed. When I reached out to them about it, they said I was charged for an upgraded shipping option, I know I was not asked or approved this option. They said they would provide a credit for this amount but it never came through. Upon receipt of the items ordered they were NOTHING like what I ordered. They were half the size of the stated dimentions and were cheap plastic wreaths, it was a complete joke. I reached out to them to get a refund and they said they do not allow refunds, however would allow me to return them for a refund, however I would have to package and return them on my own dime. In addition, I would need to track the item myself and once it showed as delivered, reach back out to them for them to refund the purchase price. Given their deceptive practices, I have zero faith I will receive a refund. I will work directly with my credit card company to decline the charge instead. Their website looks completely legit, be careful!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I purchased a small item online today (3/26/26) for my shoes (heel grips) and the charge was supposed to be around 12.99 with free shipping. I received an email confirmation after the purchase that did not include charges. I received a number of similar emails thereafter, again not showing what I purchased or the amount. Much later I received a email with tracking, along with the item details, and I’m being charged an additional $9.99 for shipping bringing the total charge to $21.48. This was NOT the charge when I ordered the item. The shipping charge showed as “free”. I have alerted my bank and also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I’m pretty sure this company is a sham.

Ordered a product in February that was promoted as "By 1, get 1 free." FALSE!!! He will charge you for the second one, but wait a few days so you don't notice. He will also automatically charge express shipping without consent. He also promises next day shipping. I called asking where my product was since the company is based out of Washtington State. "There's a delay in shipping because of tarriffs." Oh so products are US based. Thank you for lying about that as well.

No communication other than a generic response which tells me nothing at all and I think its a scam. Phone them and am put on hold only to be asked to leave a voicemail for a box that is full. I ordered my item 2/3/2026 and it is 3/7/2026.

This place is a lie. 1st they said USA company and the website says next day shipping. They are neither. My shipment is coming from China and I will most likey get the package if ever in a month or so. 2nd they add an additional fee of $9.95 from a different company name without knowledge. Scammed

I ordered a Bluetooth compatible hearing aid, although you would figure them to be sold in pairs, these aren't. They defiantly aren't Bluetooth or actual hearing aids. At best it is a sound amplifier, not great but it will do that. I was told i could either take 50% return or send it back and they would take a 15% restocking fee out of the return. It came with a card saying if I had issues to call this number, got a rude woman in Florida who was rude and unhelpful. Never again.

I ordered a item they charged me without my consent for priority shipping n handling for $10 .when I sW on my cc extra charge I called them right away within 10 minutes after 10 minutes, the representative gave me assurance for refund. After checking my cc not showing on my card after 4day, they Said the item is out shipped so we can't refund. Still I haven't received my item. It's 5th day already. I want my refund which I called daytime HIGHWAY ROBBERY. DIPAK PATEL. MUNDELEIN IL 🇺🇸.
