Pretty sure I just got scammed. They charged me an additional $9.95 for "Lifetime Warranty and Shipping Insurance" on a pair of shoes, even after I clicked no. They said they are shipping from Seattle....turns out it's shipping from China. They said they respond to customer service emails in 24 hours. They didn't. I called their customer service number on the website and the people said they had never heard of Feanatics.

These people are out and out crooks
These people are out and out crooks. Within 10 minutes of my placing an order they had given my credit card information to four different companies that all tried to charge my card. Fortunately, my card company spotted it right away.

This appears to be a fraudulent business! When the number for feanatic 12062074815 is called it transfers to some call centers all over the US. When asked what they sell, they HANG UP ON YOI!

Lies. Every. Word.
I ordered a knee crutch.
Feanatic violated their own written warranty:
Lies:
1) Free THREE day shipping Lie
2) Ships from Washington Lie
3) Designed in America Lie
4) Free 30 day returns Lie
5) One Year Warranty Lie
Truths:
1) 21 to 22 Days Shipping
2) Ships from China
3) Designed in China
(inferior/poor copy of iWalk)
4) Return DECLINED
(return request within 4 days)
(return request well within 30 days)
5) One Year Warranty (declined)
Feanatic features this product picture (knee crutch) surrounded by these 5 promises. Each of these terms are written and constitute 5 violations of written warranty terms.

Feanatic: Synonym for Fraud
I broke my ankle. It was an emergency. Feanatic’s website advertised a knee crutch with guarantee words positioned directly underneath the product picture and directly above that spot where you click ADD TO CART: (1) Thirty Day Returns, (2) One Year Warranty, (3) THREE DAY SHIPPING & (4) Designed in America. Lies. Every. Word. Despite these clear & simple guarantees, Global Tracking indicated this Feanatic knee crutch from China takes 22/23 days to ship and copies (Chinese knockoff) the iWalk brand knee crutch (I got the iWalk). I emailed Feanatic to cancel. Maria Wilson emailed back saying sale items are not eligible for returns and directed me to the website footnotes. I’d already read the guarantees showcased at the time of purchase, and these footnotes did not match those. In fact, these footnotes make almost everything Feanatic sells ineligible for return. Furthermore, these footnotes contradict the showcased guarantees positioned around the product picture where I clicked ADD TO CART. This showcase of guarantees are written in plain & simple words without exclusions nor any words hinting terms and/or conditions that may apply. It’s fraud. After this nonsense, I ordered my genuine iWalk brand knee crutch and got that the very next day. Imagine that. Much later, I eventually received this Chinese copy: no assembly instructions, no brand info, no safety manual, no branding box, no reading material of any kind. Instead, this product came bubble wrapped in a plain cardboard box. Inside, I discovered a poor copy of the iWalk I’d already been using for weeks. This China-made copy was especially bad with the type of straps. You need tight straps or you’ll wobble & might fall. My genuine iWalk knee crutch has innovative straps with a clever quick pull design: tight, fast, easy, precise. Precision that makes you feel secure. As for this Chinese knockoff, they don’t even try to copy this aspect. They improvise something completey different: thin strips of material with these Velcro patches to connect them. Maybe I could try to figure that out even though there weren’t any instructions (or anything whatsoever to read) included, but I’m already accustomed to my iWalk. Additionally, this Feanatic product was extremely late, it was non-returnable, it came with fake guarantees, and it was simply a horrible experience. I’m not suggesting equally horrible to breaking my ankle. Maybe something less horrible, like having a tooth pulled without local anesthetic. Horrible in that special fraudulent way only offered to those with a special injury. My emails with Maria Wilson of Feanatic (if that is her real name) were deceitful & tiresome, and I think I might hate this person. Affinity is the firm that financed payments. I’ve filed a dispute with them. Thus far, Affinity appears to be a complicit accomplice. In retrospect, breaking my ankle has been unfortunate. Yet, I am fortunate in one thing: I got a genuine iWalk and sidestepped fraudulent Feanatic. Remember this: When you think Feanatic, think fraud.

False advertising practices
I ordered a hands free knee crutch which was advertised as free three day shipping from Washington. Feanatic did not inform me that they did not have the item in stock and would ship it from China. It took three weeks for the item to arrive. At that time my broken foot had progressed, and I didn't need the crutch anymore. Feanatic also advertised free 30 day returns. When I sent an email requesting to return the item for a refund, Maria Wilson requested me to send pictures of the product. After viewing the photos, she stated that they will be investigating the situation and get back to me. That was several days ago. I never heard from them again. I am now stuck with an unwanted item and $100 down the drain. Hope other customers had more luck with Feanatic than I did.

Portable AC was damaged upon arrival
I ordered a Portable AC after relying on the reviews from this site in which I found to be untrue and false on many of them . The unit came within 5 days which is true. I was excited and to my disappointment, it was delivered damaged and cracked. I immediately reached out to Feanatic and sent pictures within 2 hours of receiving it. I received a response that my request was sent to a review team for a resolution. Well a few more days passed and I sent 2 more emails asking for a return label and a refund for the amount of the item plus the cost of the warranty and finally got a response on Aug 29th that a replacement will be sent and as of today, I have received nothing. Calling the telephone number is also false because most of the calls go to voicemail. When the call should be answered, the call is disconnected instead of being answered. I am very disappointed to have a damaged item and out of money. As of Sept 4th, I found the only way to get a resolve is to contact my credit card company to get involved.
