No compreu, no ho recomano. Puc demostrar-ho.

The AI Chatbot is working pretty well, hope is going to be the same in solving-problem situations.

All emails ignored, no complaints process either, their staff lie & you cannot reach them by telephone, Facebook or email

¡Enhorabuena! I bought two tickets for the match against Real Sociedad when the match was OFFICIALLY announced by LALIGA, the formal creator of the league. Then they change the game a date and when I ask for a refund because I can't go, they say that they don't do refunds. They know to take money a long time before the match without giving any details but they don't do refunds. Furthermore, their system of getting tickets is a joke. We can't pick seats, they don't inform the same time about the seats and they give the tickets only 24 hours before the game. To the top of all I paid for paired tickets and the seats are not.Sitting with two seats in between is not paired. Sorry but their way of treating looks like a regional club and not one of the best clubs in the world. One of the worst experiences
