Very disappointing experience with the ticket management. We paid €420 for our tickets and arrived at the stadium expecting to attend the match. However, we were not allowed to enter because we did not have the FC Barcelona app and could not complete the check-in process through it. We were not clearly informed in advance that the app was necessary for entry. We tried to resolve the issue at the stadium and asked for assistance, but unfortunately we were still refused entry. It is extremely disappointing to pay such a high amount for tickets and then be unable to enter because of a technical or administrative requirement that was not clearly communicated beforehand. The ticket management should provide much clearer information and better assistance to customers at the stadium. We hope this issue will be taken seriously and that we will receive a full refund.

I am absolutely devastated and extremely disappointed with my experience with FC Barcelona today. I paid €400 for match tickets and travelled to Barcelona specifically to attend the match. This was supposed to be one of the highlights of my trip. Instead, I spent almost half of my day around the stadium, trying to find help and resolve the problem with my tickets. I went to the Ticket Office personally, explained the situation and asked for assistance. The response was simply that it was my fault because I had not completed the ticket assignment within the required 24-hour period — and that nothing could be done. I understand that there was a 24-hour requirement, and I accept that I should have checked this more carefully. However, I find it completely unacceptable that there was no solution whatsoever when I was physically standing at the stadium, had already paid €400, and was ready and willing to attend the match. Not even an alternative ticket, a transfer, a name change, a partial refund or any other solution was offered. I came to Barcelona to enjoy the city and watch FC Barcelona. Instead, I spent hours walking around the stadium trying to get help and ended up going back to my hotel extremely upset and with €400 effectively lost. For a club of FC Barcelona’s size, reputation and financial resources, I expected a completely different level of customer service. A simple technical or administrative mistake should not result in a customer losing €400 with absolutely no assistance from the club. This experience has completely ruined what should have been one of the best days of my trip. I sincerely hope FC Barcelona reviews this situation and considers providing a refund or reasonable compensation. I am not asking for special treatment — I am asking for some basic customer service and a fair solution. €400 paid. Match not attended. Hours wasted at the stadium. No solution offered. Extremely disappointing experience. I will think very carefully before purchasing FC Barcelona tickets again.

THIS CLUB DISCRIMINATES PEOPLE ON THEIR NAMES AND NATIONS. THEY CANCELED OUR TICKETS FOR FEYENOORD GAME 36HOURS BEFORE THE START AND NOBODY CARES THERE. IT IS OBOY CAUSE WE HAVE A DUTCH PERSON IN OUR GROUP. WE LOST THOUSANDS IN TRAVEL COSTS. WE WILL GO TO CATALAN AND EUROPEAN SUPREME COURT AND START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. IF THE SAME HAPPENED TO YOU PLEASE CONTACT US HERE. TOGETHER WE WILL LET THEM PAY FOR THEOR RACIST BEHAVIOR!!!

I visited Barcelona’s football stadium for a match with Madrid with my 10-year-old son. The lady at the stand entrance was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I wrote and complained to the club’s “customer help” email and received a short bland reply that came across like it was written by artificial intelligence. That was only after chasing up after a month of no reply. A very poor experience that was also extremely expensive.

In my case, the enrollment journey felt inconsistent and frustrating, and it became one of the worst learning purchase experiences I have had from a customer experience standpoint. My concern is also reinforced by public feedback from other learners, where I found recurring criticism around platform usability, support responsiveness, course quality consistency, and translation or content delivery issues. While I also noticed some positive comments from learners who found value in the programs, the existence of repeated public complaints suggests that my experience may not be an isolated one. To improve, you need stronger pricing governance, more accountable support, and fairer handling of customer concerns when your own platform creates a clear expectation. I still hope the course itself proves valuable, and if it does, I would consider enrolling in the Diploma in Fan Engagement as well. However, that journey would need to reflect the same fairness and consistency in pricing, including the same communicated 70% discount structure.
