I'm extremely disappointed with Faysal…
Faysal Bank ka service experience bilkul hi disastrous raha hai! Maine 04-03-2025 ko payment ki thi jo turant mere account se deduct ho gayi, lekin aaj 19-03-2025 ho gaya aur ab tak woh paise mujhe wapas nahi mile. Maine multiple times customer service se rabta kiya, lekin har dafa bas "investigation chal rahi hai" ka jawab milta hai. Itna lamba delay sirf incompetence ka saboot hai! Na customer support helpful hai aur na hi bank ke systems reliable hain. Mera kaafi nuksaan ho chuka hai aur ye poora experience meri expectations se kahin zyada frustrating raha. Main sab ko strongly recommend karunga ke Faysal Bank se door rahen agar aapko apni mehnat ki kamai ki fikr hai!
