Worst experience at Faysal Bank Chiniot Branch. Never get a car loan here! The manager Amjad Mehdi wasted two months of our time by constantly delaying our car loan process with endless excuses and daily demands for new paperwork. He's such a corrupt, and unprofessional person. They kept 200,0000 PKR of our money the entire time without any progress raising major red flags about corruption. We only got our money back after aggressively insisting and the loan was never approved. Highly disappointed. Unprofessional, corrupt, and completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs!

Third class customer service. They do not take customer's complain seriously. The employees are not trained well to deal with customer complain in any way.

My experience with Faysal Bank has been extremely disappointing. I was informed that after clearing my outstanding credit card balance, my card would be reactivated within 24 to 48 hours. Based on this assurance, I paid the full amount and submitted my request on 1 July 2026. However, due to repeated errors and poor handling by customer service representatives, the process was delayed multiple times. I was first told that the request could not be processed because of an incorrect header and that a new request had been submitted, which would take four working days to resolve. After waiting for several weeks and making numerous follow-ups, I was finally informed on 21 July 2026 that the bank could not issue the same card and that I would need to cancel it instead. This was completely different from what I had originally been told. The customer service experience was equally frustrating. Different representatives provided different information, there was a lack of professionalism, and no one seemed willing to take ownership of the issue. The communication was poor, and the overall handling of my case fell far below the standards expected from a reputable bank. I hope Faysal Bank reviews its customer service practices and improves the way customer concerns are handled. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage prospective customers to carefully evaluate all available banking options before choosing their bank or credit card provider.

Not a good bank. No Customer support and Care. Not recommended for Account Opening

Here are some reasons why you shouldn’t open an account with Faysal Bank. - If you live abroad, and have half an ounce of intelligence. - If you speak English, great, but just know that the branch manager doesn’t, (you can’t transition from a taxi driver to a bank manager in one day). They don’t understand their own Terms and Conditions. Simple banking rules don’t apply to them. They have a complaint department which is just as useless and moronic, and would not undermine the managers decision even if it is wrong. - If you’re not related to a general or an Army major, you are not apt to deal with this mafia. - They have an investment scheme with Jubilee Insurance, don’t fall for it, it’s a scam. I live abroad and I opened a joint account with my parents who were residing in Pakistan. After they passed, my account got blocked. While it clearly states in their agreement that I have full access. I have written many letters but never seem to get any response, maybe because it’s in English! My respect for ants has greatly increased after dealing with these idiots. I feel it would be so much easier to teach a monkey to play the piano than to teach them the basics of banking. May this be a fair warning to those thinking of doing business with Faysal Bank. I hope someone from their HR department is paying attention. That diversity creates many options for the consumer. Trust and respect are abstract commodities and are not something you can manipulate. Once lost are impossible to regain. But again you can only understand that statement if your mental faculties have the capacity.

1- Account opening three working days & two holidays i.e. Sat & Sun means 5 days 2- The cellphone message received included incomplete helpline number. 3- While registering for online banking, finger prints were not being verified, there was an option for on call verification i tried that as a last option. A call was received after 24h verifications were made & i was informed to go to mobile app to complete registration process after 3 hours. I tried to register after 10 hours but the app still said that wait for on call verification. 4- I tried to call helpline provided in the sms found out to be incomplete. Then i called the number from which i received verification call, representative informed me to uninstall the app, restart cellphone & reinstall app, even that did not work same message wait for verification call. Then i called helpline again to provide update for my issue. It kept ringing for 5 min i hanged up called again & same result. Then i tried later my call was picked after 4 minuted of wait & after giving silly reasons i was asked to wait for the banking hours where staff will respond to my complaint. It has been 8 days & i dont have anything no cheque book, no card & even no online banking. Are they still living in stoneage?

Faysal Bank’s credit card service has been a very disappointing experience. I purchased an item and initially paid the minimum amount for a few months. Later, I converted the remaining balance into a fixed installment plan of PKR 5,000 per month. However, despite this agreement, the bank has been sending me bills of over PKR 8,000. What is even more concerning is that when I checked my outstanding balance, it had increased by around PKR 6,000 compared to the previous month without any clear explanation. This kind of unexpected increase and lack of transparency is very frustrating. I would advise others not to use any of their credit cards as they are more thand fraudsters.
