Fast delivery and very helpful customer service.

I ordered 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were for an antique dresser I refinished. They are beautiful! The finish is deep and lustrous. I was very impressed. They function well too. Very smooth rolling. I only got an order confirmation when I placed the order, but never a shipping confirmation. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up only 4 days later. I would recommend Faultless Caster, especially for these particular casters.

I ordered these casters on November 13th.and was not shipped until December 2nd. Disgusting customer service.

The order was initially lost. After about 10 days I contacted them and found they had lost the order. They did work hard to get me the order by the next day.

Item was exactly as described and worked great.

Good fit. I found the 3-D model helpful in determining which casters would be best - I was able to open it in blender 2.8, and get the measurements to compare with existing equipment that I planned on retro-fitting without removing them from existing equipment. Good job on Faultless Caster to provide 3-D models of their products for this propose - even though I am certain they were intended to be used for designers. I love using these kinds of resources "off-book".

My only complaint was that I called the 800 number on the site to ask questions about the product and talked to somebody at a distributor who was not the distributor who ended up fulfilling the order, so when I called back to track the order, it was a bit of a ordeal to figure out where it was, etc. The person at the original distributor was extremely helpful in tracking down where my order actually was, but it was just a bit confusing. In the end, the product was just what I needed and worked great!

I used them... I'm Good !
