I had to wait for the wheels... over and above the promised time..

After some delay with the order I was able to get a reply detailing the problem. They were very honest about their error and saw to it that the order was shipped as soon as possible. Thank you.

Product was good quality. Unfortunately, they did not fit on chair I ordered them for, and they have been unresponsive to inquiries about returning.

Hi, i haven received my item. Another i told with a person, told me return the call with solution my problem. 3 week, nothing yet. This item is paid. Kind regards

Still waiting for a response to the email I sent regarding ordering the incorrect Product. Should have been Metric rather than inches. Hard to tell the difference by looking at the caster. I thought it was inches, I was incorrect, they are metric. Once the replacements failed to advance more than a few threads, I headed to Menard's to verify the threads. Sorry, I probably should have verified them first. Would like to do business if possible. Return the American measurement casters for Metric. Waiting for your response!
