Faucet Town USAReviews of faucettownusa.com

The 'hard to find' ball swivel shower part arrived very fast and was just what was required.

I never thought a toilet seat could be both Awesome & Beautiful but the one I got from Faucet Town is exactly that ! I spoke with Robin in Customer Service who assisted me with my purchase 😊 Thank You !

Exactly what we needed and what was shown. Item was sent in a timely manner!

I ordered at 12:43 PM - they shipped at 1:13 PM. They shipped (FREE) from FL and I received in AZ 2 days later. Amazing! Oh, and they had a good price on the product, which is exactly as shown on the site and outstanding quality. Thank you and I will order from you again.

Your customer service rep was amazing - thank you for her outstanding customer care. She alone would have me coming back or recommending you.

Excellent Customer Service before, during, and after the sale.

We are remodeling several rooms in our 40 year old home, including 3 bathrooms. We ordered the first shower door and it arrived about 1 week later in excellent condition and installation went very smoothly. As the work progressed, we ordered the second shower door that wound up broken while at the carrier's location. The carrier notified Faucet Town USA and us that it was being returned. Faucet Town immediately sent a replacement door that arrived a few days later in great condition. However, during installation, one of the door panels shattered as it was being put in place. We notified Faucet Town and, after sending them a couple of photos of the damage, they have already started the process to ship a replacement panel at no cost to me! I will definitely be contacting Faucet Town in a few weeks when we are ready to do the work in the third and final bathroom. Robin, with Faucet Town's customer service, is most helpful and available to answer questions. Great vendor to work with!!

I'm a contractor who has been dealing with this company for many years now. I have not once had any issues or a bad a thing to say about them. They make it simple and easy to place and receive orders on time every time. I highly recommend them for all your kitchen and bathroom needs.
