Faucet Town USAReviews of faucettownusa.com

I looked merchandise up on-line then purchased over the phone. I received great help from Elena especially after I had messed up and ordered one item wrong. She got this straightened out and everything was shipped and received on time with no delays. Elena was excellent and is probably the number one reason I will use this company again. I have and will continue to recommend Faucet Town USA to my friends.

Faucet Town USA is a very professional organization and the Customer Service person was vey helpful and easy to work with. I would do business with them again.

Faucet Town really does go above and beyond anything I would've expected. They made sure that I got my products quickly and without any hassle. Their faucets are absolutely amazing, and the range of choices available is mind boggling. I even picked up one of those automated vacuums after my initial purchase, because the price was just so good and, when combined with the customer service, there was no way they weren't going to get my return business.

Faucet Town was such a wonderful place to shop, what a great experience. Thank you for your fast delivery and product was just what you pictured and promised. Absolutely recommend your company to all my friends and family.

Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Helped me choose the right shower door and told me everything I needed to know to ensure we bought the right one.

I would recommend faucet town USA and there website to anyone. It was easy to use and there customer service was outstanding. If I recieved my product when they said I would, and was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. I will also be using them for my next project.

Faucet Town USA was extremely pleasant to deal with and responded to my questions fast. Product was as described and delivered fast. They event went above and beyond what I would have expected.

All I bought was a toilet seat cover, but I had such a hard time finding a real enameled wood one in the right color. The hardware on it was even nicer than I expected. I thought the quality was excellent, the price very reasonable and the item arrived very quickly and safely. I will definitely shop here again.
