I tried to order a soap dispenser from the giant online retailer. They didn't have it in stock( 2 to 5 week wait) so I searched the net to find one. Found it at Faucet Town USA, in stock and at almost half the price. Purchasing was flawless and shipping was fast. Bookmarked Faucet Town USA for all future kitchen/bath projects.

The customer service staff at Faucet Town USA was extremely helpful. They addressed our issues immediately. We had unfortunately ordered the wrong item and the exchange process went smoothly....and all was arranged over the phone. The customer service folks were both professional and friendly.
