I rarely leave reviews, and have used Fathom for about a month. Holy damn. Incredible transcripts (correctly transcripts in Swedish!!!) with amazing summaries. Wow, wow, wow.

I've used Fathom for a while now and love the functionality. The ask fathom is useful to remember stuff from long ago and i like that it records the audio in case the transcription isn't perfect.

It’s very accurate at capturing meeting notes and action items, which is genuinely helpful. I also appreciate how it breaks the meeting down into the most important parts. The points are hyperlinked, and they take me straight to the exact timestamp in the meeting if I want to review anything.

It's a great product! It syncs with my calendar and automatically joins my meetings so that it can take its notes for me. Less admin time for me overall.

Because of my positive experience, I’ve already recommended Fathom to others within my organization. I would absolutely continue using and advocating for the platform, and I would not hesitate to utilize its paid enterprise or business features should I move to an organization that is able to invest in a subscription. Customer support has also been top-notch with troubleshooting a minor integration issue. I use Fathom almost daily for my scheduled meetings, especially interviews to create transcripts and track action items. Absolutely wonderful tool!
