The user interface is very well put together and not over informative. I love that it records the audio and key points of the video. The actions items list is an excellent feature The Key Takeaways, Topics, and Next Steps section is awesome is incredibly helpful. It almost does all of the work for you! I'm surprised little Fathom robot hands don't come out to give you a foot massage, while being your own personal assistant. The section listing my questions and other questions is an excellent reminder of what to follow-up on. The integration of Teams makes it a great tool to organize my day. The overall performance is top-notch. The speech recognition is great! It recognizes my southern accent so much better than the stupid robots that can't understand me on the phone when I ask to speak to a real person. Pricing is certainly competitive and reasonable. The customer support has been excellent! It's also one of the smartest tools I've used. I really wish I would have had it decades ago.

Fathom is a great timesaver for meeting notes and a great recap of meeting details.

The ability to capture a summary of our meetings to quickly find important next steps

Fathom provides a very detailed snapshot of what your meeting was like. These summaries are so detailed that at first glance, I am able to easily undertand what happwnded in the meeting, without being redirected elsewhere. I also partivularly enjoy how that it is able to automatically remind me of meetings even without me activating the app intentionally. A solid 5/5.

As a Product Specialist, Fathom has genuinely transformed how I run my meetings. It handles the note-taking so I can stay present and focused on the conversation and it organizes everything in a way that helps me quickly get to the real issues. Having the recordings to reference later is also a huge plus!

I LOVE Fathom! When I ask it questions about my meetings, not only does it give me the correct answer, but it also shows me at what point in the meeting recording that subject was discussed. I also love the to-do list or action steps it sends me via email after the meeting ends. The AI analysis or meeting summary is perfect too! I'm always super impressed with Fathom, and now that I've started using it, I can't imagine having another meeting without it. It's definitely one of my favorite tools! Thanks Fathom!

I have been using Fathom for a while now and it has made my life so much easier. I can enjoy being in a meeting without worrying about capturing every little detail. Fathom not only records but using AI makes my notes for me. This has improved every area of my workflow.
