Fathom is an awesome tool for taking meeting notes and summarizing them to all meeting attendees. Also, having a central repository with all of the call recording is a very convenient feature that allows me to maximize my calls.

Fathom’s automatic meeting transcription and AI-powered summarization are incredibly accurate and time-saving. The integration with Zoom is smooth, and I appreciate how it organizes key insights, action items, and questions automatically. It saves me from having to take notes manually and ensures nothing is missed during important discussions. The interface is intuitive, and the shareable summaries are a game-changer for team collaboration. It is very easy to connect and get started/implement internally just there with my calendars. I use this in almost every meeting that I take.

I appreciate how quick the video (with automatically generated notes) is available - practically instantaneously after the meeting concludes. The tech is also remarkably good at identifying who is speaking and who needs to be assigned what, if any, deliverables post-meeting. We've had a great experience utilizing the technology when conducting interviews - being able to go back and review the videos, notes, and deliverables is invaluable for discussion and training purposes.

Fathom is the best, most intuitive, meeting note take I have ever used. I am consistently blown away by the accuracy of the notes! More than that, I am stunned at Fathom's ability to understand nuance and tone. For example, it NEVER includes jokes, or even tangents. It keeps the notes, summaries, and action items focused and clear. We have saved countless admin hours using this tool. We've also seen an increase in productivity because of the action item clarity.

The note-taking feature is great. I love the interaction we can have with Fathom AI after a meeting to generate content, send an email about a specific topic that was discussed, confirm part of the conversation, and so on.
