It is great because it allows me to keep an organized record of each of my meetings, keep track of agreements held and who is the person responsible for it. I can also copy and paste over this agreements to any document I need. It keeps good track of meeting details too plus a recording.

Fathom is a great note-taking service! It is quick, easy, and always has very concise and accurate notes. I really enjoy using it and it made my first week of work and my onboarding process really simple! I like it a lot and definitely recommend it. It integrates really well with Zoom too, and is very easy to use.

What I like best about Fathom is how it automatically provides highlights, a full transcript, and a clear summary of the meeting. It saves me a lot of time because I don't have to take detailed notes while the meeting is happening, and I can easily go back and review the most important points, decisions, and action items afterward. I also really like how organized and easy to use everything is.

The transcripts and the sharing functionality among the team members are super helpful for the team in day-to-day operations.

I like how quickly Fathom delivers recordings and transcripts from Zoom Interviews, especially for 4 to 10 person group interviews where it stays clear who said what even when audio is hard to hear. I do not have complaints, but it would be helpful if the transcript could be sent directly to a CRM (or if that is already possible). Love the product!
