FathomReviews of fathom.video

Besides the convience of having your notes taken for you/ shared with the group, I truly appreciate the ability to join the scheduled call from my desktop with the Fathom pop-up. Final thing is the talk time percentage reminder is great for controlling your potential to unintentionally dominate a conversation. What do you dislike about Fathom? No real downside apart from the subscription. I wish companies would just allow you to do a lifetime cash purchase of their software. Not the world that we live in. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? Capturing key points in a meeting is vital and to know that it's simply happening without you thinking of it is great.

Absolutely great video/note taking app! Fathom has made my jam packed days full of meetings so much easier. I recommend this for anyone that likes to have a recap of their meetings!

Fathom has worked exactly as expected from day zero. Setup was quick and easy, and it’s fully compatible with every meeting platform I use. I run it through my business 3–4 times a day, every day, and I’ve been using it consistently since November. Transcription is excellent even when we switch between three languages in the same meeting. The HubSpot integration is a huge bonus. Honestly, I can’t imagine working without it now.

The program takes very accurate notes

I've tried quite a few products to buy back some time over the years and Fathom actually did it. I'm usually in a minimum of 4 hours of meetings a day, plus the time it takes to rack my brain for notes and action items. Fathom pretty much removes the brain damage of the last part, letting me get back to being productive faster. AND, with Ask Fathom AI, it's a great personal coaching and development tool, which I've been using for communication as a leader.

What I like best about Fathom is how it captures meeting content automatically with high accuracy and turns it into searchable summaries and action points. It removes the burden of note-taking so I stay focused on the conversation and follow up faster with clear next steps. The transcription quality holds up even in multi-speaker calls with varied accents and the highlight and tag features make it easy to find key decisions or tasks after the call.

Honestly, the best thing about Fathom is the absolute peace of mind it gives me during meetings. I used to be that person frantically typing away, trying to catch every little detail, such as dates, deadlines, and specific client feedback, and I was always stressed that if I stopped typing to actually listen, I’d forget something crucial. With Fathom, I can just let go. I love that it captures everything. It’s not just a generic summary; it actually grabs the specific nuances. If a client mentions a tiny but critical constraint for a project, or if my boss drops a quick side note about a deadline change, Fathom catches it.

I really enjoy using Fathom. It's quick to set up and easy to customize to your needs. I like that the transcripts, notes, and recording are available immediately after the call. Not only that, you can choose to share all calls internally automatically. It's a huge timesaver.
