One of my pens was in pieces when I took them out the postal package, and I ain’t going to bother fixing it. 19 dollar order for a pen that was damaged and disassembled in the mail. I’m a first time buyer and it was for personal use for my company.

Was told pens would ship in 24-48 hours, they shipped 5 days after ordering and I wasn't provided a tracking number. Had to call to get it and found out package was coming from Mexico!

Order did not arrive in time Order was placed with enough time to receive it before the date needed, but it came 2 days late and so we were unable to use the pens for our event. In addition I never received any communication from fastpens about the delay, or shipping information once they were sent. I had to call someone to request this information and I feel that should have been sent to me proactively.
