Fast Pace Health is Dangerous and Fails to Provide Basic Level of Care
Fast Pace Health should be avoided by middle Tennesseans. Despite multiple requests to "contact them directly if everything is not perfect," I am still awaiting a return phone call or email (or something?) two days following a poorly-handled, dangerous experience with their medical providers. It is irresponsible and careless for any medical provider to prescribe powerful medication and be unavailable to answer questions when there are harmful side effects and interactions, plus misunderstandings due to a failure to understand a patient's concerns, a lack of meaningful instructions and a general culture of a failure to provide a basic minimum standard of care. Four calls and emails have gone unanswered. I forgive an honest human error in ordering wrong meds, but their failure to be available for patients just hours after such mistakes and their failure still to even return a phone call or email is unforgiveable. Quite frankly, they are just asking to be sued. From all the others with similar stories, looks like it could be a class action.
