Fast Tool made it right....
I have not received the hose reel mount I ordered on February 20th. I have also not received a response to the e-mail inquiry I sent last week asking about my order. Fast Tool responded right away following this review and got in contact with me and the supplier immediately to get things moving. They also refunded my shipping cost due to the delay.
Response from FastoolNow.comMar 9, 2020
We are so sorry that this order was delayed. This 15720 swing bracket gets shipped direct from the Coxreels factory in 8-10 business days as noted on the item page. We respond to all of our customer emails so we'll check our spam folder. I'll be sure to reach out to you and make this right. -Nate

Very good prices
Very good prices, easy to use the web site and the items shipped fast. I am doing some home improvements and found some of the parts I needed to finish the job. They were packaged very securely, no damage to anything.
