The NP Michelle Jones is absolutely just trying to get you out of that building as fast as she can, she doesnt actually care what is really wrong with you. I ended up having to go to the ER to get proper care.

Yesterday, I had my first telehealth, video appointment through FastMed. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. The customer service and the medical care that I received was above and beyond any that I have received from a physical in-person doctor visit. I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service and help that I received from Tamera when I called for assistance with scheduling my appointment. I was having technical problems and she was so patient, professional and kind while helping me. She truly provided outstanding customer service. My actual doctor visit was with Dr. Joe Bartholomew. My appointment began to the minute on time, no waiting for hours in a crowded waiting room. Dr. Bartholomew was superior in every way! He actually listened to my concerns. He discussed possible options for treatment with me and he prescribed medications to resolve my medical issue. He sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy of choice immediately. Dr. B. was very knowledgable, professional, but did not talk over me. He was kind and sympathetic to my medical needs. I am simply totally impressed with my entire experience from FastMed. I will not hesitate to recommend FastMed to anyone that needs to schedule a doctor's appointment for any reason. Thank you, FastMed; job well done! Desiree

After Doug left, Valerie took over, now the place is a negative waste of time. This NP Valerie Logan accused me of something stupid and trivial with the pharmacy. I have pharmacist call to back me. She says she isn’t giving me shit and hangs up. I’m a single dad of 3 and caretaking a disabled parent. I’ve been on these meds for 3.5 decades and she’s left me to have seizures and ruin my stability that she helped build over a year. Even if I was wrong a little compassion like other places. They give a refill or two until you find another place but this lady left me for the ER. 35 years of benzodiazepine use, never run out, welcome urine analysis anytime, pill counts. She literally cussed at me, hung up and left me in a critically bad place.

The PA in this was extremely cold and dismissive, she spent a total of 2 minutes in the room and during that little time all she said was "no,I can't help you". No treatment,no medications,no help what so ever. I felt rushed,like she wanted to get rid of me! Go anywhere else unless you want to waste time and energy.

Horrible service. Slow service and workers don’t have answers to ANY questions. Can not reach anyone by phone and if leaving a call back...you will never receive it. Negative 1 star.
