EDIT - Still haven’t received return information…. Didn’t receive my items for 2 months so raised a chargeback with my cc company. They asked me to cancel chargeback as the items were in transit to which I declined. I then asked for return details as the items would no longer be needed so I’d send back once received which they didn’t provide. They’re now sending me threats of legal action lol. The products are completely shoddy and terrible quality. Wish I’d seen the trust pilot before I ordered, absolute scam company.

Firstly, if we were a scam, you would not have received your order — which you did. Throughout the entire process, we kept you informed by email, clearly explaining the delivery timelines as stated in our store policy. Despite receiving the products, you chose to open a chargeback and did not return the items, even after being notified of the proper return process. For this reason, a collection process was initiated via the email address used at checkout, as is standard practice when items are retained without payment. Fastly London is not a scam, but a small business that handles all customer claims seriously and respectfully.
