Thankful
This was a very quick and easy process, I was very thankful as I was in need of money to get a new battery for my vehicle. the only thing I have to say is that I was a little disappointed as they told me to expect the deposit the next day but it took 2 days to show. I am also confused as to why there are so many weeks to pay back the money.

Brianna was very clear and described what to expect very well. We got disconnected, my fault, and she immediately called me back. She was also very pleasant and didn't ramble on with stories that were unrelated to the reason for her call to me.

So far I have enjoyed working with…
So far I have enjoyed working with them. I had missed a payment and they helped me solve the issue and even offered helping adjust my pay dates. I had also gotten charged twice and refunded one after calling them. I enjoy the customer service they have provided so far.

Helpful when in a bind
The process was quick and easy. Customer support agent was helpful. However the interest rate are high, so I only recommend using for short term relieve and paid the loan of asap. Other than that if your in bind they are reliable source .

As outlined in the loan agreement, you are never obligated to keep the loan for the entire duration of its term, and – in addition to keeping with your regularly scheduled payment and amounts – there are two (2) additional repayment options available to you. At any point in time, you may (1) pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties to save on interest, or (2) you may make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan. This information is also located in your loan agreement. A copy of your loan agreement is available to you at any time by logging into your Fast Fund Lending account, and we are here to discuss the terms of your loan with you in more detail. Good news and Not so good news
It was a fast approval and had needed funds within 24 hours which was very helpful. The only thing I don't like is the repayment. It said 10 months terms, which is true, but they are only taking 3 large payments over the 10 months instead of 10 payments. I like that it cuts down on interest paid. However, it makes it harder to make that particular "month" payment.
