The whole process took about 5 months. Not sure if it was something on my side or theirs. There was alot of paperwork and you literally had to do it all on your own. If you had a question, they would send you a whole page of instructions. Many times i thought i was on the wrong track and thought about just getting a lawyer. I started my divorce 4/10/24 It was supposed to been final in 3weeks. It is a uncontested divorce all papers signed and notarized all fees paid. I was then told it had to be efiled more fees paided to century legal for efiling to court of clerk, I did this then told 4-6weeks it would be finalized give them time due to low employees in court system. I had to contact fast divorce again after waiting then I was sent a proposed judgement paper 6/03/24 address to judge, now they are asking me to wait another 4-6 weeks due to low employees. Then how is everyone else getting their divorce in 3 weeks on here? I have no children or alimoney reqirements no contest all agreement and signed notarized papers. This should have been final by now...frustrating. I would advise to go to a attorney if you can afford to do so. P.S. You have stay after them to see what is going with your case. I can only hope this divorce is final soon I paid a total of $860 all fees.
