I was able to install the Wilcom Embroidery Software after goin through a 10 step process, only to find out the software didn't have the Chenille Elements and Corel draw Requested this a week ago, received the Corel Draw download but was unable to install because it was corrupted and had viruses. Requested these files 4 days ago with no response. Seller will not respond unless a negative review is posted. Not a great way to do business.

My rating is based on an interaction that I tried to have with a representative but unfortunately I have not had a response based on a product purchased, I had previously had a VERY GOOD experience, however in this last interaction it was not like that I hope it is resolved satisfactorily and the service is improved in that sense
