This website is a scam, instead of legit serial number they send you crack full of trojans and ask to run it as administrator.

My laptop crashed and I had to reinstall Wilcom Embroidery Studio e4.2 but when I run the software it now asks me to provide a dongle. I sent 10 emails to support and was told that they will send it never received it. It has been over 3 weeks now with no response to my requests. SO NO! this product can not be installed again if something were to happen to the original install. They will make you pay for it again.
