Do not buy from here, they are scammers that use products you can find on Shein for 10 euros. Their "bestseller" Sidonie set , guys I just ordered it from Shein for 12 euros!! I che ked the reviews and it's the exact same set !! I wrote a review on their website saying this, and with a screenshot of the set from Shein, which of course got deleted immediately .. Of course I'm happy for myself that I could find the sane thing for 12 instead of paying 56 euros, but feel sorry for the people who don't know this and buy from here.. they just made a nice looking website, a good photographer and a nice model and sell the stuff to appear "high end".. I hope people will listen to these negative reviews here because they are the real ones, and not pay so much for items that you can find waaay cheaper..

Ordered something. Didn’t like it returned it and was given a gift card. There gift cards expire? Never told me that prior to it expiring though. Ghetto for a company that claims to be luxury

Terrible customer service!! I purchased a set to arrive before I went on holiday . I have returned and the package still hadn’t even been posted, contacted customer service and requested information or a refund to no reply. Messages another 3 times over the following weeks , to ZERO assistance, I wanted a refund and they are still refusing. Terrible terrible company who does not care about customers , only keeping money.

Bought items. Returned the one because the item was already fraying in some areas. Get a gift card NOWEHERE does it say that is expired. Come to find out gift cards expire. Scam. Do not buy

Absolutely awful customer service. After the estimated arrival time had passed I emailed as the tracking had not moved. It was still in their country. I kept getting automated emails to track it rather than someone dealing wothnthe problem. The item I ordered I needed for my wedding which was missed so then I thought id use it for my honeymoon which was a week after and again it was missed and arrived while I was away on said honeymoon. Ive been trying to get a refund as I no longer need the item and have not had any contact from them ever since. Was expected in 10 days and took 23 days.

The items I ordered cost nearly £90 and were worth a tenner each at best. I asked to return them ,they then ask you to cut them up and send them photo proof which I did. I asked them to refund me in my original payment form and they refunded me with one of their gift cards and bearing in mind I wasn’t happy with the items I ordered I’m obviously not going to be using said gift card and do not want it,I want my money back. Still waiting ,I will update if they actually give me my money back.

Ordering a product from this website amounted to throwing money away. What they sell needs to be tried on to really tell if it's going to work for you, but if you attempt to return an item, they'll only provide store credit instead of a true refund. And that store credit expires quickly. What merchandise I tried seemed relatively good (not great) quality, but if you can't meaningfully conduct a return, then it's too high of a risk to order from them.

I was super excited to order some FN lingerie, but since it's so expensive I decided to wait for my birthday. I ordered the Anahi Bodysuit and Ember Bodysuit, totalling £104.00 both in Medium. They finally arrived and... where shall I start? Opening the packages, I was surprised at how flimsy and light the material was. The garments gave off a very strong plastic/chemical smell. Looking at the Ember Lace Bodysuit... It does not look like a £52 item. I would not pay £10 for this in Primark. The 'lace' is some mass-produced stuff, and poorly stitched. When I tried it on, it was simultaneously too tight and too baggy. It really is incredibly poorly made; the straps and cups kept slipping down, and a cheap piece of black elastic acts as the 'waistband'. It looks like it took 5 minutes to make. I was most excited for the Ahani Bodysuit, and the most disappointed. Again, the straps are made out of the cheapest elastic you can imagine, and the stitching is lumpy and frayed. The metal hardware is tacky and flimsy, and a bunch of the 'buckles' don't even do anything, so you can't tighten up or loosen the bodice! They just slide around doing nothing! The leg bands are weird and floppy, not elastic at all. The gauzy lace that cris-crosses was warped/stretched and bagged out over my chest. Even after trying the items on, I can still smell the plastic scent on my hands by the way! Very disappointed. Even more so when I tried to return the items, but was told they did not provide shipping back to America and asked me to destroy the items and upload photos of them cut in half!! This waste is awful, but it's the only way I could get my £104.00 refund. Edit: I got the full refund today (same day as this review) but I still would not purchase from this company. The quality just isn't worth the price.
