Pleasant experience
The ring I ordered was as advertised. Phone support was nice and peaceful...a refreshing experience. However, I had to call to place the order because I could not accomplish the order on the website.

Good communication from Roger.
They forgot the engraving during the Christmas rush, but Roger took care of it immediately, and was great about communicating with me throughout the process. Beautiful ring and fast delivery.
