I worked with Roger over several months to design a custom ring for my future wife. He was easy to work with and always retuned my calls. He provided custom CAD designs so we could see the changes we made to our ring. His team delivered a beautiful ring that is one of a kind. Women love a special ring. His prices are very competitive. Call Roger, to get your perfect ring and you will not be sorry. Or go with someone else and over pay. Your choice...

Raj's website provided me with the best available tools to build a custom ring and to actually preview the unique stone and setting combination that I had in my mind. He then personally helped me to select a spectacular GIA diamond at a competitive price. When the ring arrived, it was breathtaking at a glance — exactly as it appeared in the previews. On closer examination, however, I felt that we needed to make some modifcations to the engraving to make it more legible. I also had some technical questions regarding the fluorescence of the diamond and the choice of the head. Being the tough customer that I am, I didn't hesitate to remit a veritable list of concerns and requests. Raj was open to all of them, point by point, vowing that he would not rest until I was 100% satisfied. I returned the item to New York, and he promised to take care of every detail. When the final modified version came back to me, I examined it once again under magnification and careful scrutiny. I found everything to be totally perfect. Everything about this piece of jewelry is beautiful and sublime. I was completely satisfied in the end. Raj deserves to be commended for his persistent effort and his unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction — even when dealing with needy customers like me. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, worked with us every step of the way. Roger was patient and very accommodating through whole process, sometimes taking 3-4 calls a day from us and often answering the same question over and over. The outcome was a gorgeous wedding set. Will definitely use again for matching mens wedding band.. Great experience, quality care, quality product delivered in truly unique proposal quality ring box. We found a unique ring set at a great price that we totally customized to our wants and needs.. Highly impressed all around

I had great experience shopping from Roj. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable about all I asked him. Helped me and guided me in what I wanted to buy, in fact I decided to buy better quality diamonds for my ring and he delivered beautiful stones. I just got my ring today and I am extremely happy with it.

I am thankful, amazed & very impressed with the awesome customer service & high quality jewelry of fascinating diamonds. I will certainly be talking about them with high praise! Thank you for putting so much love into making my 40th anniversary wedding band for my vow renewals. I am truly grateful!

I found exactly what I was looking for, in the price range I was looking for. When I called in to check how long it would take to ship, they informed me that they were going to upgrade my diamond from a very good cut, to an excellent cut free of charge. I obviously accepted the offer! Great service, and a great product. Would definitely recommend.

In today’s world of poor customer service and not up to par products what a wonderful experience to find a company like Fascinating Diamonds. Their customer service is wonderful! Roger is such a nice person, very helpful with his input and extensive knowledge. Roger is also an extremely patient man as I had hundreds of questions concerning the custom wedding rings I wanted. True to his word Roger did everything he told me he would and in a timely manner. I would also add that I was apprehensive doing business via the Internet and phone but Roger set me completely at ease. He did everything in his power to assure me in word and deed that I would be satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Roger! My custom rings are amazing! I sent a crude computer drawing of what I wanted and the talented jewelers at Fascinating Diamonds took it from there. It was like they open my mind saw my dream and created exactly what I had envisioned. The rings are not only beautiful but well made. They aren’t the thin, flimsy, low quality, high priced rings you find in the big box stores. These rings are top quality in every way, made to last a lifetime. I was pleasantly shocked when I was given the price on my rings as I had anticipated paying a lot more. Thank you Fascinating Diamonds staff for your wonderful work at an amazing price! I would recommend Fascinating Diamonds to anyone wanting great customer service, beautiful high quality jewelry, and a great price as well! This Texas girl is happy, happy, happy!

They did an awesome job on the ring and it got here pretty fast. The ring will definitely make the night. Thank you!!
