It was pretty challenging to make these transactions in my accounting software. Some of the fees and "behind the scenes" adjustments to the cash reserves and reserve escrow accounts were tough to follow at first, but with some help from my accountant and following the money flow daily, it helped to correctly post these transactions. Since we are on the West Coast, we only have about two hours in the morning to get the funding to them in order to get a wire sent the same day. That is also a challenge. The people are nice and helpful.

These guys do a great job of having common sense when it comes to banking. It is so refreshing for them to listen and not just stare at numbers on a piece of paper. I would recommend this group to others. They have been a bit hesitant at time because of the lack of understanding about our industry, but they have made major efforts to learn about our industry and things have gotten comfortable with all of us.
