The entire staff at Farm Plus was very professional and timely
Our son, Mike Kinyoun, was hired by Farm Plus Financial last year when he moved to CO. We have just refinanced our farm with Farm Plus on a long-term fixed rate at a lower interest rate than our current loan with our community bank. The entire staff at Farm Plus was very professional and timely. Honest company, good rates and on time delivery .
Me and my father were trying to buy a farm property in Southern California . We were already in a 60day escrow. 40 days into the escrow, we got in touch with Rob Murry and Nina Lukach to see, if they could get us a better loan. Sure enough, Rob and Nina were extremely professional and they worked really hard to get us approved and close the deal In a timely manner. Rob was very honest and Nina always did great job in giving updates throughout the process. Thank you for your great service and definitely will use your company again in the future and will recommend to our friends and family members.

Consummate Professionals
Mike Kinyoun and his assistant Nina Lukach of Farm Plus Financial are consummate professionals and did a great job on my 83 acre farm refinance. I had a special situation which required a short term bridge loan to save my equity in the farm and which also increased my stress level by a lot. Mike and Nina were there to act as knowledgeable advisers throughout and then came through with the long term take out financing that saved my farm and provided me with a great rate.
