Kathie was very responsive and so was her support team! From an agent's point of view, things went well. One thing I would say could have made things even better is, if my clients felt aware and confident in the appraisal and broker fees up front. Good Company to close the loan. Beware of the appraisers very costly and some no knowledge of areas.So bad results!! Otherwise Mike Fassel and crew were great.
