Love this brand. I’ve purchased gloves, hats, sleeves, and shirts. Everything was as I expected, functional, and high quality. I’ve only returned one item and that was super easy.

Edit: Farmers defense has corrected the issue. They sent out another order with correct address this time. Editing to 5 star because this was corrected. Most places wouldnt care but they actually did! I wish the website had a way of canceling the order if you realized you had the wrong address at chekout. It would have made this hole process easier had i juat been able to cancel and remake the order with correvt address but it doesnt matter anymore. They fixed the issue. Hopefully the people that get the one sent to the wrong address are nice enough to send it back to them. Customer service is an absolute joke. The website took my billing address, which not my address its someone elses now due to my bank not being able to change my address to the new one.so its shipped there even though i wrote my new address in shipping. It still shipped to my old adress and customer service did not give a crap. They dont care you just wasted hundreds of dollars on their product. I followed their rules in the faq i even bought shipping protection and i emailed then 3 business days before it shipped and they seemed to not care AT ALL. Now i jave a nearly $300 package out there going to the wrong address to someone whose just gonna take my stuff.

I needed to do an exchange for a smaller hoodie and had some difficulty completing the return/exchange online. I called and left a message with the helpline and received a call within 5-10 minutes. It took less than that amount of time to resolve my issue. Daian, my Customer Service Rep, was efficient, friendly, and personable.
