Quick turn around in fixing my order before it shipped.

This is the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. My shirt arrived with some small spots on it and I emailed customer support. They responded within minutes and are replacing the shirt. Amazing! And also, I LOVE this shirt!

Second order from this wonderful company. There was a quality issue in my recent order that I felt would become an issue. They immediately made it right. The current sleeves I have allowed me to enjoy my convertible, even on those blistering days. A company with quality products, excellent support, and stand by their product. What’s not to live

I e-mailed a two part question. Within hours I had complete answers to both parts with all the information I needed. (They also sent an immediate e-mail immediate e-mail to let me know that they had received the query.)

I talked to customer service several times as I prepared to order. I was initially frustrated at the lack of available patterns and sizes on the products I wanted to order, then I was having some giftcard issues. Customer service chat was very helpful, timely, and also gave me a code for an additional 15% off. After I placed my order, when I was doing my weekly check on my credit card transactions, I noticed the entire cost of the order was charged to my card, and the giftcard was not used. I reached out to customer service by email. Prompt communication, and prompt and consistent follow up. We were able to track down the giftcard number, and once they confirmed it, they issued a refund for the amount of the gift card. Also very pleased with the products I ordered. :-)

Excellent customer service! I had accidentally selected the wrong design when I checked out. After placing my order and realizing my mistake - I emailed the FD team and within an hour they had fixed my order! I also got the item sooner than I was expecting and I really appreciated how little packaging was used. The sleeves I ordered are beautiful and seem like really good quality - I can't wait to try them out!
