I paid a couple of dollars extra for free returns if needed, which I suspected I might, given that I was ordering a new item and was unsure of the size. Turns out I did need to return one item, and the customer service rep was EXTREMELY prompt, efficient, and dealt with my issue in mere moments. Separately, the UV blocking hoodie I ordered is BUTTERY soft, fits perfectly (I weigh 180 lbs and ordered an XL), and breathes beautifully. I wore it for two hours in the hot sun (berry picking) and it was just lovely.

I received a quick reply and my request granted, on the weekend, too! Thank you so much.

I had an allergic reaction to the peach zip up hoodie. After several calls leaving a message, I emailed them this morning. They responded right away and sent me a prepaid label for a return.

I’m so impressed with this company! Third time ordering from them. I’m an avid gardener and had the hardest time finding a glove that was supple enough to work in yet didn’t fall apart within a few days. I finally tried their leather garden gloves and I won’t need to look for another! They’re the best! I also ordered their waterproof gloves which will be so helpful when watering the animals this winter. The sun hat is perfect for our hot Tennessee summers! Just ordered their bee blossom sleeves and gloves! The pattern selection is incredible, but it’s the quality and comfort that is #1 with me! Also, appreciate the sales!
