I wanted to reach out regarding a recent experience with your testing services. I was not pleased with the turnaround time—it took significantly longer than expected, which impacted our workflow. I have two additional tests I could send in, but I’m feeling hesitant given the delay with the last submission. Before moving forward, I’d appreciate some clarification on your current processing times and whether improvements have been made.

I will use FF again. One of my samples needed further testing and took 1 more business day, but that's life. The results were accurate and the service allowed me occupy my space efficiently. Thanks FF

Love the simplicity of the test and the time it saved me. With the cost of nutrients and errything else it helps to not waste weeks on male plants if I'm needing only fems.
